Rob Pratt founded Middleton Jones in 2014 after seven years in specialist property recruitment at Matchtech, Hays, Michael Page and Concept Resourcing.
His career spans every major function of commercial property - from agency to asset management, valuation to development - across junior to board level, contingent to retained, temporary to permanent.
